Vaccinated, hatchery-fresh Layer Chicks supplied from our modern hatchery in Kasoa and delivered to farmers in every region of Ghana.
Agro Prime · Kasoa hatcheryAgro Prime Ghana Limited is a day-old chicks hatchery and agribusiness based in Kasoa. We supply productive layer day-old chicks to farmers, agrovet shops, hotels and out-grower schemes in every region of Ghana — from Accra and Kumasi to Tamale and the Upper regions — with vaccinated stock, live pricing and free management advice.
Our layer day-old chicks come from high-performance egg strains such as Lohmann Brown, ISA Brown and Hy-Line, vaccinated at the hatchery. Managed well, a good layer produces eggs for 72 to 80 weeks.
| Strain | Per-bird price (GH₵, orientation) | Laying potential |
|---|---|---|
| Lohmann Brown | 18 – 26 | ~300+ eggs per year |
| ISA Brown | 18 – 26 | ~300+ eggs per year |
| Hy-Line / Bovans | 18 – 26 | High, persistent lay |

Agro Prime is a working hatchery, not a reseller. Our team runs computer-controlled incubators on a weekly hatch cycle, vaccinates every batch at the hatchery, and candles, grades and counts the layer chicks before they leave us. Because we hatch locally, your birds are hours old — not days into a long import journey — when they reach you.

We deliver nationwide using ventilated chick boxes and trusted transport partners, so birds arrive alive, warm and active. Delivery time and cost depend on your region, and pickup at our Kasoa hatchery is always welcome. See our city pages for Layer Chicks in Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale and more.
Ghana's poultry demand runs from the coastal cities up to the northern markets, and each region has its own climate and logistics. We plan short local runs, regional deliveries and long-haul northern runs differently so your birds travel well wherever you farm.
